Written return and refund policy

Ordered the wrong pods? Don’t like the taste? Maybe we did something wrong and mucked up your order? Whatever the reason which is causing you unhappiness with your Urban Brew order, we will do everything in our power to turn your frown upside down!

To start a return or ask us for any return question, you can reach us at hello@urbanbrew.co.uk! Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We’re always here to help you out. We're committed to making this right for you!

European Union 14-day cooling period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded, and reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for your purchase within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Contact us if refund has not been received and it has been more than 15 business days since we have approved your return.
